I completed Michele Sayers’ Change Your Habits, Change Your Life retreat in August this year and it was truly one of the best investments of my life!
Everything, from the magnificent accommodation in a perfect location to the restaurant-quality food (which catered beautifully to all dietary requirements), was second to none.
Starting each day with a variety of invigorating outdoor exercise was a real highlight. I lost 4 kilos and went from struggling up 17 stairs to mastering them with ease by the end of the retreat!
The daily Mindset & Behaviour Change workshops guided me to begin my inner transformation with purpose and clarity. I’ve already integrated many of these valuable lessons into my everyday life.
Another highlight was the Nervous System Reset each afternoon — an experience that brought a calmness and inner guidance I hadn’t achieved before. I truly feel I think differently now, thanks to these sessions.
We also had the perfect amount of free time each afternoon to do whatever we pleased. During this luxury of downtime, I read, walked on the beach, enjoyed a massage, indulged in a little local retail therapy, practiced some Qi Gong on the balcony, and relaxed on a sun lounge watching the waves roll in — my idea of heaven!
The connections formed with others on the course was lovely. The retreat fostered a safe, nurturing space where we could be our imperfect selves — free from judgment and surrounded by compassion.
